A traditional handmade farmhouse cheese. The core presents a crumbly curd which tends to have a clean, fresh, pleasant flavour.  The rind gives the cheese its earthy character.

We make all our cheeses with vegetarian rennet and traditional methods are employed at all stages of our cheese makes. The cheeses are stored on wooden shelves and turned weekly by our loyal and knowledgeable staff.

All our cheeses are made with vegetarian rennet.

Your cheese order will be delivered in Woolcool bags, a system of eco-friendly insulated packaging made from sheep’s wool. These special cool bags keep our cheeses below  5oC  for more than 24 hours so that they reach you perfectly chilled and ready to enjoy. The Sorba-freeze ice packs we use are reusable, they can be dehydrated (on a radiator) and rehydrated with water and refrozen.
