We are aware that some of our customers have experienced a delay in the delivery of their cheese order this week.
If you have been affected, here's what you need to know:
TODAY (16 December)
We expect most of the delayed orders to be delivered today, and we are monitoring this in real time.
TOMORROW (17 December)
If you haven't received your cheese delivery by 4pm tomorrow (Saturday), then we'd like you to take the following action:
Contact Wilma by email on firstname.lastname@example.org to let her know you haven't received your order.
In that email, please tell us your consignment number. You'll find this in an email you'll have received from our couriers APC. It will read like this:
...Your consignment from FINLAY'S FARM LTD, number 0001234, is due to be delivered today by The APC...
If you can't find the consignment number, please tell us the order number from the confirmation email you received from us. It will look like this:
Wilma will then be able to advise what new steps we will be taking to get your order to you.
If your order is delayed and you now need delivery to a different address, let us know as soon as possible.
As above, please contact Wilma by email on email@example.com and tell her your consignment number.
We are confident that chill temperatures will have been maintained for all packages in transit - especially in this weather. So delayed delivery will not affect the condition of your cheese.
For those affected, thank you so much for your patience. We are keeping a very close eye on package tracking today and are doing everything we can to hurry things along.
