Description

A traditional handmade farmhouse cheese in a 500g wedge. Carrick has a deep, nutty and earthy flavour. The aroma is rich and earthy, and the texture is firm and with a creamy finish. It will dry naturally with age.

Made with raw, organic milk from our cow with calf dairy farm.

Winner of the Sean Wilson Trophy at the 2024 Mid-Somerset Cheese Awards. 

All our cheeses are made with vegetarian rennet with traditional methods used throughout. The cheeses are matured on wooden shelves and are turned weekly by our knowledgeable staff.
