A standard retail pack of five cheeses
Description

A broad selection of five of our cheeses that's simply perfect for a festive cheeseboard!  Our traditional Selection Pack bundle is one of our most popular choices, but its availability is limited by the number of Bluebell truckles we have, so we thought we should offer a bundle with Barlocco Blue instead. 

Barlocco is the cheese that's most similar to a traditional winter blue cheese. This Selection Pack includes a chunky 250g wedge of Barlocco, alongside 150g wedges of Rainton Tomme, Carrick, Fleet Valley Blue and Laganory. 

The pack includes an information leaflet about our approach to farming that keeps dairy cows and calves together, and the price includes postage and packaging.

Four of the cheeses, Rainton Tomme, Fleet Valley Blue, Laganory and Carrick, are made with raw milk.  Barlocco is made with pasteurised milk. Our blue cheeses are best consumed within 4 weeks, all other cheeses are best consumed within 5 weeks.

When one of our core range of cheeses is in short supply we may substitute for an alternative or limited edition cheese.

4 x min. 150g of Fleet Valley Blue, Rainton Tomme and Laganory. 1 x 250g approx. of Barlocco Blue. Some variation in weight is likely due to variable moisture content.When one of our core range of cheeses is in short supply we may substitute for an alternative or limited edition cheese.

Your cheese order will be delivered in Woolcool packaging, a system of eco-friendly insulated packaging made from sheep’s wool. This packaging keeps our cheeses below  5oC  for 48 hours so that they reach you perfectly chilled and ready to enjoy. Cheeses are sent using a next day delivery courier service, however occasionally delivery can be delayed. If you receive your cheese a day later than expected, the cheese will be absolutely fine. The Sorba-freeze ice packs we use are reusable, they can be dehydrated (on a radiator) and rehydrated with water and refrozen.

We dispatch orders twice a week, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For same week delivery, please place your order by 1pm on Tuesday.

You can schedule your delivery in advance, although some products, such as Garnie, have restricted dispatch windows.
