Smoked Carrick

Traditionally smoked by our local expert, Galloway Smokehouse, in small batches. This listing is for 250g wedges of Carrick.
 
There is some variation in weight in these smoked wedges due to moisture content, 250g is an average weight for this batch, not a minimum weight.
 
This cheese is made with vegetarian rennet and raw organic milk from our cow with calf dairy farm.
